In general, I encourage you to commit to a minimum of 12 sessions regardless of the wellness dimensions we are working on.
We space these over about 6 months to help you establish and embed new habits and ways of thinking for lasting change.
By exception, you can reach to me for an ad-hoc urgent request that can and needs to be resolved quickly.

What can you expect?
Although each relationship is unique and will be tailored to your needs, in general, you can expect the following.
Should you decide to transform your life and optimise your overall wellness we proceed with:
You'll benefit from my use of a mixed pull/push strategy. I'll help you grow by asking you questions, getting you to reflect and identifying options so that you pull yourself in the direction where you want to go. I will also intermingle my knowledge and experience to gently push you toward the most beneficial direction or approach.
As a VIP client of mine, you will benefit from an exclusive access to 1:1 coaching, either via video call or in-person.
Although each relationship is unique and will be tailored to your needs, in general, you can expect the following.
- An initial free 30-minute discovery session to establish your needs, readiness for change and my suitability as your coach.
Should you decide to transform your life and optimise your overall wellness we proceed with:
- Introductory deep-dive session (90-120 minutes):
- Discussing a pre-filled questionnaire establishing where you are, what you want to work on and your time lines.
- Prioritising and sequencing the most beneficial and effective change strategies for you.
- Agreeing next steps and setting SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) goals for you.
- Possible additional steps may include doing some DNA testing and personalising your diet and exercise.
- Follow-up sessions (40-50 minutes) focus on:
- Report and reflection on your completed objectives: wins to celebrate, lessons learnt, challenges to overcome.
- Discussion and reflection on your progress to date and your direction going forward.
- Setting new goals for you.
- Answering any questions and addressing any concerns you may have.
