Летните августовски лъчи пробиваха своя път през равния морски хоризонт. Заспалият по бреговете на заливва град се събуждаше с жизнерадостния крясък на гларусите. Стоях притихнал на брега и наблюдавах изгрева. Слънцето водеше със себе си зората, а в далечината се виждаха рибарски лодки. „Водата помни“ - мисълта прекоси съзнанието ми като ехо от звъна на гласовете на морски сирени. Заслушах се във вълните, които кротко се разбиваха в морския бряг. Песента им се носеше като тих шепот над златистия пясъчен плаж и разказваше приказка – историята за „Черноморската Атлантида“.

The summer rays of the August sun were breaking through the flat sea horizon. The town sleeping on the shores of the bay was waking up with the cheerful squawks of the seagulls. I was standing quietly on the coast, watching the sunrise. The sun was bringing the dawn, while in the distance there were fishing boats floating on the sea surface. "The Water Remembers" crossed my mind as an echo of the ringing voices of sea sirens. I listened to the waves gently crashing into the seashore. Their song was like a quiet whisper floating over the golden sandy beach, telling a story - the legend of "The Black Sea Atlantis."
Rehabilitation is an umbrella term for a combination of activities that promote the restoration of optimal form and function. Both of these components are important. Form is about the anatomical structure, function is about the physiological processes. Regardless of the type of injury, the main goals of ‘rehab’ are to limit the trauma, reverse or reduce any loss of function, eliminate the disability, and prevent recurrence.
