In this video I talk about what I call the 'meditation-time paradox'. Your subjective experience of time changes as you meditate more... The meditation-time paradox: The more time you spend in meditation each day, the more time you feel you have. It arises because our subjective experience of time depends hugely on the quality of our attention. The more we are able to stay focused on each of our present moment experiences, the more, subjectively, we feel that we experience throughout the day. As a result, by spending as much time as we can in a meditative state, we feel we have made much more of the rest of our day. Simply by being aware and awake for it. What this means for you By dedicating some of your waking hours to meditation you are essentially investing in your time through the gains in productivity and awareness that you get outside of meditation. Get in touch to discuss and find out more.
